A Message from Rush to His Listeners
January 1, 2010

To my listeners,

Thank you for your prayers and good thoughts over the past several days. Today, I am leaving Queens Hospital in Honolulu, feeling strong and rested. I offer my deepest thanks to the staff and administration there, who provided excellent care and supervision.

I'm going to take several days of rest over this weekend and the early part of next week, and will be back on the radio with you sometime next week, taking the advice of so many of you to rest and fully recover.

I wish each and every one of you a Happy New Year in 2010!

With great thanks for your support and love,

Well, Craig,

There was no name calling here. Just calling a spade a spade. Anyone who supports or praises the measures taken by communists is an idiot. China is smart becuase it relies on capitalism to amass wealth. At the same time it hides this wealth from its people. They will never let up control over their poeple. It is unfortunate that capitalists would take adavantage of chinese slave labor but it is done. This supports the regime in place and hampers the worlds ability to produce their own goods. With many other countries including the U.S. Selling debt to China the world may one day be ruled but evil tyrants. I hope capitalism topples the communist regime in china and brings about a new industrial revolution for the world.

Spot on Don, spot on. The business world should not be interfered with but rather have its roots in Darwinism supported by the government and public. Survival of the fittest is what has gotten us to where we are today- there is no reason to change it. The problem lies in the correlation impact to the market of these businesses collapsing. Short trading and credit default swaps have sunk more companies then anything. The thing is, its a free market and to regulate it goes against the fibers of our constitution. The crazy part about the bailout, the absolute craziest part is that a bunch of those companies didn't even want the money. The government forced them to take it. It was handled poorly by both administrations and continues to be handled poorly. Citi just fucked over all their shareholders by diluting the shit out of their shares just to pay back the bailout money. Its a joke, it really is.

Wow dude, I don't think that resorted to name calling and banter will get your point across. The one thing I will say is that I agree with one of your points. We are bright, intelligent and resourceful beings. Like our ancestors developed more efficient modes of transportation so will we. Fossil fuels got us where we are today, advancements in technology will move us forward. That being said, the mans points about multinational corporations not having an allegiance is true but honestly, who cares. Businesses are meant to make money- that is it. MNC's only really have fiduciary responsibilities to one group of people- SHAREHOLDERS. Since shareholders can exist in any country the companies have a responsibility to produce their products and make money anywhere they operate. All this other propaganda about how they deal with governments, or people, or resources, all stems back to a desire to profit for the people that own them. That is no different then the mission statement of every single small business in America- make money to have a better life for themselves and their loved ones. How can anyone who has a family, goes to work and makes money be hypocritical enough to yell at MNC's for doing the same thing. It's weak.

Lawrence,
It is the concern of the American people to preserve our way of life. It is people like yourself That dream of a social nirvana where there are not needs and wants! Wake up idiot. It is not human nature to live in such communes. We are bright, intelligent, and resourceful beings. We all are different which makes us unique. Each person has his place in society weather that is on top of the corporate conglomerate or at the bottom. It is each individual that must stand a realize his own potential, not the governments job to tell him what it is.
Oil and other fossil fuels are our current energy source. Say what you want about it but, once again it is the idiot who does not understand it is what sustains life. If you want to rant about how wrong it is to use fossil fuels then throw out your fucking computer, your clothes, your shoes, and build yourself a house of trees in the woods and live like it is 20,000 B.C. What makes you an authority on what will cause the Earth to "give up"? You're a buffoon and a communist and your logic is flawed. We have no time for unintelligent communist infiltrators!

The World is held hostage to a 20th Century fossil fuel product line. The use of fossil fuels is here until the Earth gives up. The advancement in SCIENCE with new inventions (new economy) is unfunded and will not happen this Century.
Greed is a disease. Good enough is never good enough and the hunger for profit and power is never satisfied- the soul is never grateful.
I am sure the poor, resource rich, countries and Europe are taking a second look at U.S and Communist China industrial relations and reexamining their own alliances. American Multinational corporations have no loyalty to any one country.
At least at Copenhagen 15 no one was seriously injured. The next convention will be held in the “narcotic” designated country of Mexico where mercenary drug lords and Federallies will be available for hire (contractors) to crush the “Friends of the Earth” demonstrators; that outcome could be quite different.
I know many of the Republican, multinational corporate backed right wing hate propagandist that openly broadcast here are banned from broadcasting in Europe. Limbaugh, Savage, Beck, Hannity, Faux News and the other paid propagandist are working the multinational corporate backed subversive right wing organizations “U.S Citizens Association” and “Freedom First” (sic) in the same style Hitler used to whip up the “Brown Shirts” in Germany. (Planned August- D.C assault) It always amazes me how people can be manipulated to act, not in their own self interest, but in the interest of the propagandist that control them. (19 year assault)
”Free Trade” (sic) agreements have nullified our American national Sovereignty and Constitution and we are heading for World Corporate Totalitarianism. American Freedom and Democracy- Free Enterprise and a Competitive Market (capitalism) - Free Press-are gone. The multinational corporation’s corruption of our government is near complete, now they want the World.
The real question is: Can the Chinese Communist Party be corrupted by the multinational corporations or will the Party eventually arrest them for corruption and chop their heads off? - (Chinese penalty for corruption- like the death penalty for Treason in the United States.) That is an interesting marriage of strange bedfellows. The Chinese certainly are not blind sided; they built the Great Wall to keep the barbarians out and the structure of Communism well defines who the Devil is. As far as I know, General Motors has the only corporate delegate in the Communist Party and that delegate has only an alternate position.

I understand your philosophy on the subject of bailouts. The problem is it did not work in 1931 and it is not working now. You are right business men need a conscience. When a business man is on the brink of bankruptcy they gain this attribute. That is the lesson to be learned. If you run your company into the ground there will be no company left to run. The government has taken this fear away. The bailouts give security to those who are on the brink of collapse... those too big to fail companies. What does that really do for the psyche of the business world? Other strong companies and banks are unable to buy up the pieces and up and commers see the door slam shut because a behemouth was alound to live on tax payer money.

On to you claims about health care. It does not matter if the government use tax dollars to pay for health care or not we all pay for it anyway in increased premiums. The problem with this debate is there are two schools of thought. Some believe health care is a right and otheres who don't. I have to ask you where in the constitution does it say the government is responsible for the health care of the people. Don't give me the general wellfare clause. The Bill of Rights explicitly details the rights given to the citizen and outlines with great detail the powers the central government has to abide by. What ever is not outlined in the constitution is ordained by the states. If the state of New Jersey wanted to implement a healthcare plan the state has a right to do so.

Some say this is a selfish outlook, but let me tell you! I can barely afford my own healthcare. Why should I or anyone else pay for someone when we clearly cannot afford it. If I became really sick are you gonna open up your wallet and pay for every last medical bill to my end? I do not think so. Why should I expect everyone else to do the same? Its not fair to not have health insurance or care but it is also not fair to mandate to the poeple to pay for everyone elses healthcare too.

We need more compition in the market place. IT is rediculous that one from California cannot purchase an insurance plan from South Dakota. Start changimg things to make healthcare cheaper for all and everyone may be able to obtain care at cheaper prices amking charity care a much better option the government panels.

During the depression the federal goverment borrowed money from bankers, I think either Carnegy or Rockerfeller or both they helped save the banking system, this time we are selling bonds to who ever will buy them, not much different just more money, one of the purposes of the goverment is to give businessmen a conscience, because they have none, when we gave the bailout money all repubs were saying that we should not tell the free enterprise banks how to use the money, after, they are saying we should have , so they would not give ,the big bonuses, you cannot have it both ways, I think we should have put rules on them, and now that we have they are giving back the money because they do no like them, not so bad . Again business has no conscience.
Health care reform-wrong name- all we started to do was cut the cost of healthcare, but it looks like we did not do too much in that department, states are out of money for charity care-hospitals have to take care of anyone who needs it, someone has to pay, it is you and me- or decide if we should not have good health for everyone, I do not think anyone agrees with that, the great debate in the summer was that people were satisfied with their healthcare because they had it, they also do not want services cut, so we have to figure a way to pay- only one way- tax hikes on something

Your analysis of the situation is on the money. Copenhagen was just another excuse to blame industrial leaders like the US for the so called Man made global warming, despite the fact that MMGW is NOT universally accepted as fact among scientists.

The recent "climategate" email scandal shed some much needed light on the entire MMGW con that snake oil salesmen (or in this case suntan oil salesmen) like Algore are trying to pull on the American public.
The fact that these pseudo scientists need to suppress dissenting voices and doctor the books in regarsd to MMGW casts serious doubt over the merits of such, and on the motivations of those who push so hard for it and for legislation to "overcome it" which would amount to billions of "green dollars" if not trillions (pun intended_

Richard Lindzen's double decade work on MMGW shows that radiation is actually escaping into space, its not collecting in the atmosphere as the pro MMGW crowd suggest.

It should be noted that the people at NASA who have claimed that MMGW is real have had financial ties to AlGore and should be considered as objective as Keith Olberman at a tea party gathering.

Furthermore, as you pointed out studies have shown that the Earth has actually cooled since the last upward heat spike took place. Now no one is saying that GW DOES NOT take place, only that Man made global warming is likely the fabrication of environmental communists like Gore who seek the expansion of government through measures which can affect the lives of each and every American. If Obama fulfills Hillary's Unconstitutional pledge of billions of dollars for carbon restrictions, it will be the next step towards regulating the ultimate goal of regulating the gas usage, drive time, car purchase and even personal gas release of each and every American alive. It will mean an expansion of government to a degree the likes of which never before seen.

The Earth has existed for billions of years, despite the fact that volcanoes have dumped tons and tons of Co2 into the atmosphere since the beginning of time. If the Earth had no way to provide suitable checks and balances for all it's Co2 dumped into the atmosphere, life would never have been able to take root upon this earth. It is very likely that global warming is party of a larger trend of upward and downward anomalous weather patterns that exist completely independent of human intervention. It is the epitome of hubris to think that we as humanbeing have the ability to fundamentally change the design of this planet, not just merely what exists upon the surface of it.

Lastly, the far left protestors who engaged in violent protests outside of Copenhagen are a rotten fruit fallen from the tree of government control that Copenhagen truly represents. If these people have their way we will have no sovereignty left when it comes to the environment, and we will have to pay untold billions to other Countries as part of an "environmental restitution" package.

Democrats like Ed Markey are pushing hard for Obama's radical views on the environment, Obama is pushing hard for cap and trade, and the EPA has ruled that Co2 is a "pollutant"

These people/organizations have nothing but a socialist/communist agenda in mind, and it's upto every American who doesnt subscribe to these radical beliefs to stop them, by arming themselves with the truth.

When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty. -Thomas Jefferson.

The recent “climategate” email scandal shed some much needed light on the entire MMGW con that snake oil salesmen (or in this case suntan oil salesmen) like Algore are trying to pull on the American public.
The fact that these pseudo scientists need to suppress dissenting voices and doctor the books in regarsd to MMGW casts serious doubt over the merits of such, and on the motivations of those who push so hard for it and for legislation to “overcome it” which would amount to billions of “green dollars” if not trillions (pun intended_

Richard Lindzen’s double decade work on MMGW shows that radiation is actually escaping into space, its not collecting in the atmosphere as the pro MMGW crowd suggest.

If Obama fulfills Hillary’s Unconstitutional pledge of billions of dollars for carbon restrictions, it will be the next step towards regulating the ultimate goal of regulating the gas usage, drive time, car purchase and even personal gas release of each and every American alive. It will mean an expansion of government to a degree the likes of which never before seen.

The Earth has existed for billions of years, despite the fact that volcanoes have dumped tons and tons of Co2 into the atmosphere since the beginning of time. If the Earth had no way to provide suitable checks and balances for all it’s Co2 dumped into the atmosphere, life would never have been able to take root upon this earth.

If these people have their way we will have no sovereignty left when it comes to the environment, and we will have to pay untold billions to other Countries as part of an “environmental restitution” package.

Democrats like Ed Markey are pushing hard for Obama’s radical views on the environment, Obama is pushing hard for cap and trade, and the EPA has ruled that Co2 is a “pollutant”

These people/organizations have nothing but a socialist/communist agenda in mind, and it’s upto every American who doesnt subscribe to these radical beliefs to stop them, by arming themselves with the truth.
